Shero Operations Team

Editorial policy

The Shero Operations Team writes and maintains Shero's Discord server-management guides. Our standard is useful, current guidance that an operator can verify and apply without granting unnecessary access.

Editorial standards

Primary sources first

We use current Discord help, developer documentation, and other first-party product documentation for platform behavior. We distinguish those facts from Shero product observations and our recommendations.

Claims match the live product

Shero capabilities, permissions, prices, privacy boundaries, and workflow descriptions are checked against the production product before publication. We do not invent customer quotes, test results, rankings, or security guarantees.

Operators are the audience

Guides are written for Discord owners, admins, moderators, community managers, support teams, and agencies. We prioritize safe, practical server operations over gaming or youth-oriented traffic.

Material updates are visible

Every guide shows a published date. We change the updated date only after a meaningful factual or editorial revision, and we revisit guidance when Discord or Shero behavior changes.

Reviews, comparisons, and corrections

Comparison guides state their evaluation criteria, use current public evidence, and explain where Shero is not the right fit. If we have not tested a product directly, we do not imply that we have. Commercial links never change the factual standard.

When we find a material error, we correct the guide and update its visible revision date. Readers can report an issue through the Shero support server linked in the site footer. Privacy or data requests follow the process in our privacy policy.
