Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shero Bot and related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eligibility and Compliance
You must be eligible to use Discord and comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.
Use of the Services
Do not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them to violate the rights of others.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account or servers where the bot is installed.
User Data and Content
We process server settings and usage data to operate the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You grant us permission to store and process the data necessary to provide the Services to your servers.
Premium Features, Credits, and Billing
Shero Supporter is a monthly subscription for one Discord server. It is sold and billed through Discord and renews automatically each month until canceled through Discord.
Discord processes subscription and credit-pack payments. Billing details, applicable taxes, cancellation controls, and refund handling are provided through Discord under its platform terms.
Each active Supporter billing period provides 1,000,000 shared AI credits to the subscribed server. The shared pool resets for the next billing period, and unused shared credits expire when the current period ends.
Each authorized operator receives 100,000 personal AI credits weekly. Unused weekly personal credits do not roll over.
Purchased personal AI credits belong to the purchasing account and do not expire.
If Discord confirms a paid entitlement or credit-pack purchase but Shero does not deliver it, open the Shero support server at https://discord.gg/7HYGffEPMD with the purchase time and affected server or account. Do not post payment credentials or other sensitive billing information.
Permission Watch
Permission Watch is an optional Discord Supporter feature. A member with Manage Server permission must explicitly enable it and select a standard private text channel where the server's @everyone role is denied View Channel.
When enabled, Shero reads the server's current monitored role permissions, channels where @everyone can post, safeguards, and Shero capability gaps once per day. It alerts only when a monitored high-impact risk is newly introduced and posts one weekly digest to the selected private channel.
Permission Watch is read-only. It does not automatically change roles, channels, permissions, safeguards, or other server settings, and it does not send Permission Watch reports through direct messages.
Permission Watch findings are operational information, not a guarantee of security or a replacement for a professional security assessment. Server managers remain responsible for reviewing findings and deciding whether to make changes.
Shero may pause Permission Watch while the server's Discord Supporter status is inactive or cannot be verified. A server manager can disable it at any time to remove the saved baseline and schedule.
Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Shero is an independent service and is not affiliated with Discord Inc. or Dank Memer Bot.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
